I am writing to complement you on your eucalyptus bath soak.
I was diagnosed with multiple sclerosis after becoming symptomatic in February of 2003. Some of my symptoms included fatigue, muscle weakness, stiffness and numbness and I continued to experience these symptoms over the course of the next year.
My doctor recommended that I exercise but I found that exercise generally exacerbated my condition and made basic daily functioning very difficult. Each time I tried to exercise, it would take anywhere from 3-5 days to recover. Beneficial or not, working out always made me feel worse, never better and it affected my productivity in all other areas of my life.
I tried the eucalyptus bath soak after trying to exercise one more time and to my delight, I woke up the next morning feeling energized as opposed to depleted. I have been able to exercise consistently (3-4 times per week) without a problem ever since. As a result, both my physical and emotional health have improved and I can’t thank you enough.
